| Description | FUCHSIN (C.I. 42510) FOR MICROSCOPY CERT |
| Overview | Fuchsin (C.I. 42510) CERTISTAIN® is mainly used for the staining of mycobacteria (AFB) in smears and sections. Fuchsin is used as carbolfuchsin solution in the standard staining acc. Ziehl-Neelsen (hot method) or acct. to Kinyoun (cold method). In the Kinyoun method will be prevent the heating up of the staining solution and thus prevents the formation of dangerous phenol vapors for the user. The mycobacteria appear magenta red. CERTISTAIN® is the quality group for seleceted high quality dyes that fulfill strict quality requirements. The Fuchsin CERTISTAIN® dye is developed and registered as CE / IVD product. |
