Named after the American chemist and engineer, Frank Austin Gooch, these crucibles are ideal for drying precipitates to a constant mass.

• Ideal for drying precipitates to constant mass at 110°C
  
• Also suitable for ignition work up to 450°C (see safety notice)
• With integral glass sintered disc
• Manufactured from chemically resistant Pyrex® borosilicate glass

Avoid sudden changes in temperature which can result in thermal breakage. For high temperature ignition work, use a furnace and slowly heat to 450°C maximum. Allow to cool below 200°C before removing from the furnace.
